Faculty & Staff

The Natural Resources and Environmental Science program offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with faculty across different disciplines within the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE), as well as throughout the University of Kentucky. The core NRES faculty come from departments representing Forestry, Plant & Soil Sciences, Landscape Architecture, Geography, and Agricultural Economics. Students have the opportunity to engage with adjunct staff members from departments outside CAFE and within the community who bring their industry knowledge and expertise to instruct specific courses. If you're looking for an expert in a specific area of the natural resources field, you'll likely find what you're seeking from among the NRES faculty and staff.

The faculty listed in this menu all contribute to the Natural Resources and Environmental Science program. Some teach core courses, some advise, and some are on the NRES Steering Committee.
